Hired, led and managed artist website production team including Drupal developers, Drupal themers, site content administrators, system administrators and offsite vendors. Gathered funding for and guided platform development for the globalization of Sony's multisite project (150+ Drupal sites with translations for over 30 territories). Managed migration of 40+ sites from Drupal 5 to 6. Personally themed, developed and maintained 30+ artist sites, label sites and music portals.

Drupal theming and training for the multisite project (too many sites to list) and MyPlay, Sony's music and video portal site.

Theming expert and project lead for mid-sized Drupal development firm. Themed and implemented new Drupal websites for Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Greenopia, Jewcy Media, Public Agenda, the New York Observer, Lufthansa, United Federation of Teachers, California Nurses Association. Provided ongoing theme development for Air America Radio, Democrats.com, Bioneers, TPM Cafe, Mountain News, Personal Democracy Forum, Courage Campaign and RadioIO among many others. Created and implemented a new design concept (including some logo design) for the Living Liberally network of sites.

Founder and principal of think inkless, a digital design and web development studio. Provider of web design and development, graphic design and production, database development, broadcast email programming and distribution, web hosting, search engine optimization, PPC ad development and maintenance and technical consulting. Developed and designed Drupal sites, provided custom theme development, and migrated static content for many high profile media, technology and non-profit organizations. Worked as TE 1 on contract for the book "Javascript + CSS + DOM Magic" by Makiko Itoh (co-edited by Cal Henderson). Responsible for technical accuracy of all written and electronic materials via rigorous testing and debugging of DHTML applications and exercises. Lead programmer and web designer for the interactive division (western region) of this international advertising agency. Produced websites for Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, HP, Copper Mountain Networks, Tektronix, and many others. Developed intranet and database for western region projects and interactive training materials.

1996-1998 Production Manager, CareerMosaic, Palo Alto, CA
Hired as "employee #1" for this in-house startup, trained and supervised programming and design team of the first and largest recruitment site on the web (company ceased operations/sold in 2000). Managed and produced a highly successful multi-million dollar advertising campaign on yahoo.com (many ads had 50%+ CTR). Produced and maintained hundreds of career websites for clients such as: HP, Intel, Sun Microsystems, Disney, The IRS, Oracle, G.E., KPMG, Citibank, Lockheed Martin.
